Job description
**Patient Liaison**
The Patient Liaison is responsible for overseeing clinic schedules, coordinating resources, and managing patient appointments while ensuring adherence to treatment protocols and organizational guidelines. In addition, they assist with resolving billing issues, analyze physician productivity data, and offer educational resources to patients. Applicants should possess a High School Diploma or GED and have a minimum of two years of experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in customer service. A Bachelor’s degree and experience with electronic medical record systems are highly desirable.
