Job description
The Relationship Banker plays a crucial role in obtaining, nurturing, and preserving client relationships through tailored financial solutions and exceptional service. This position involves instructing clients on digital banking resources and partnering with internal specialists to address unique financial requirements. Applicants should have a minimum of one year of sales experience in either financial services or retail banking, along with a high school diploma or GED. Additionally, successful candidates are required to secure the relevant FINRA and state licenses within 180 days of employment and ensure adherence to NMLS and Dodd-Frank regulations.
