Key responsibilities include verifying authorizations, conducting quality assurance checks, and keeping precise records within the ROI software system. Applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, although a degree is preferred. Previous experience in ROI processing is essential, alongside strong computer proficiency and a foundational knowledge of HIPAA guidelines.
