Job Title: Nursing Services Coordinator
Oversees nursing services and optimizes staff allocation to guarantee effective patient care operations. Manages bed assignments and partners with department leaders to streamline patient flow within the hospital. A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care environment. Candidates must possess active PA Registered Nurse and Multi-State Compact licenses, as well as current ACLS and BLS certifications.
