**Job Title: Patient Financial Services Representative**
In this role, the representative will be responsible for managing a large volume of both incoming and outgoing calls to assist patients in comprehending their accounts and settling their financial obligations. The representative will also engage in negotiating payment options and will meticulously record all interactions in the company’s systems. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of one year’s experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections setting. Additionally, applicants must live in designated states and have access to a quiet, private workspace equipped with high-speed internet.
