Job description
The Remote Member Relationship Advisor is tasked with facilitating virtual meetings to inform members about their insurance benefits and assist them in navigating the enrollment procedures. This role involves developing enduring relationships, ensuring precise digital record-keeping, and delivering continuous support to current members. To qualify, candidates must be 18 years or older, eligible to work in the United States, and have access to a dependable computer with high-speed internet connectivity. Additionally, applicants should be prepared to obtain a state Life & Health Insurance License and successfully finish all necessary virtual training.
