The Remote Support Specialist is responsible for remotely inspecting, analyzing, and programming Building Automation Systems while identifying energy optimization opportunities. They also provide technical support to field technicians and communicate system status and reports to customers. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of experience in HVAC or controls. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, DDC controls, and basic IT/network knowledge is required.
