The technician helper plays a key role in troubleshooting, fixing, and maintaining climate control systems at client sites. This position involves collaborating with project managers and field technicians to guarantee that all installation and repair tasks are carried out effectively on-site. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, with a preference for those having a minimum of 2 years in HVAC experience. Additionally, a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for the last 3 years are required.
