Job description
**Renovation Manager**
The Renovation Manager is responsible for managing renovation initiatives related to franchised Property Improvement Plans (PIPs), ensuring adherence to brand standards, safety regulations, and building codes. This role serves as a key advisor for franchisees, overseeing project details, schedules, and on-site construction activities across a designated region. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or Construction Management, along with 5 to 7+ years of relevant progressive experience. Key qualifications include the ability to interpret blueprints, familiarity with ADA and Life Safety codes, and strong project management capabilities.
