The Area Manager will oversee, mentor, and cultivate a team ranging from 30 to 100 associates, all while upholding safety standards and compliance within operations. This position involves managing performance metrics, ensuring inventory precision, and facilitating process enhancements in the fulfillment center. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree received within the past year or anticipated soon, in addition to proven leadership experience. Candidates must also be physically capable of executing warehouse duties and flexible enough to work different shifts, including nights and weekends.
