**Repair Foreman**

They act as the main liaison for clients and insurance adjusters, upholding quality assurance and safety protocols throughout the process. Applicants should possess a solid background in disaster restoration, along with skills in various construction disciplines, including framing, drywall installation, and painting. This position demands the capability to interpret technical documents, guide work crews, and oversee job cost management with precision.
