**Job Title: Technician**
The technician will deliver comprehensive remote and in-person assistance for VoIP systems, network frameworks, and desktop software, addressing intricate escalated challenges. Responsibilities include overseeing support tickets, conducting system diagnostics, and maintaining records of hardware and network setups. Applicants should possess an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or relatable hands-on experience, alongside robust analytical and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with VoIP technologies, network troubleshooting, and cabling is advantageous. A valid driver’s license and the capacity to operate within the Charlotte region are also required.
