The RN Night Supervisor is responsible for managing nursing operations during the night shift, directing resident care, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. This position entails overseeing nursing personnel, handling clinical documentation, and acting as the main clinical resource within the facility. Applicants are required to have an active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in South Carolina, along with a minimum of two years of experience in nursing and leadership roles. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred, as is expertise in electronic health records.
