Job Summary
The Research Data Manager is responsible for the creation and ongoing support of the data infrastructure, which includes Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and repository platforms. The goal is to guarantee that research data is easily accessible and can be reused effectively. Additionally, the role involves the design of automated ingestion pipelines and the incorporation of AI/ML tools to enhance researchers’ capabilities in data exploration and examination.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain data infrastructure for research data.
- Ensure research data is discoverable and reusable.
- Develop automated data ingestion pipelines.
- Integrate AI and machine learning tools to support data analysis.
- Facilitate researchers in data discovery processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in data integration and database development.
