**Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer**
Lead research and engineering efforts focused on post-training activities by employing reinforcement learning and supervised fine-tuning techniques to enhance the coding capabilities of Gemini. Create and optimize advanced evaluation frameworks and automated benchmarking tools to assess and boost the performance of coding agents. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and possess a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software engineering or machine learning research. Practical experience in post-training for large language models, reinforcement learning, and distributed training infrastructures is essential.
