Job description
**HVAC Senior Technician**
The HVAC Senior Technician is responsible for managing daily maintenance activities, assigning work orders, and ensuring that park facilities meet safety standards. This role includes the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced HVAC systems, refrigeration, and food service equipment while providing guidance to junior team members. Applicants should possess a minimum of eight years of journeyman-level experience in HVAC and hold a valid HVAC certification. A high school diploma is necessary, along with the capability to work under varying weather conditions and engage in physical tasks, including lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
