Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in resident care, ranging from 6 months to 1 year, is necessary.
- Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with residents.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations is crucial for maintaining privacy standards.
