Job Summary
The Resident Care Assistant plays a crucial role in offering empathetic assistance to residents with their daily living tasks, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Monitor and record changes in resident health status.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Basic understanding of resident care principles is necessary.
- Preferred candidates will have prior experience in long-term care.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic health records is an advantage.
