**Job Title:** Residential Program Supervisor
The Residential Program Supervisor leads a team of residential counselors and house managers to deliver essential support services to tenants in housing. This role involves the application of best practices, maintaining compliance with operational standards around the clock, and overseeing crisis intervention efforts. Applicants should possess a high school diploma and have a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in clinical settings, specifically in substance abuse or mental health. Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness or in supportive housing environments is necessary.
