Job description
**Shift Leader**
The Shift Leader is responsible for overseeing the safe and effective functioning of the restaurant by upholding kitchen standards and promoting product sales. This position also involves supporting the General Manager with reporting, carrying out tasks, and mentoring team members to ensure outstanding customer service. Applicants should have proficient computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office, and exhibit excellent organizational and communication skills. Additionally, the role necessitates the physical ability to lift items over 50 pounds and the willingness to work a variety of shifts.
