**Assistant Property Manager**
The Assistant Property Manager plays a vital role in aiding the property manager with the leasing process, ensuring high occupancy rates, and managing day-to-day maintenance operations. This position involves addressing tenant inquiries and ensuring adherence to financial management protocols. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of experience in property management and be skilled in using Yardi software as well as MS Office. A high school diploma or GED is mandatory, accompanied by a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
