Job description
**Counsel**
The Counsel is responsible for overseeing legal issues connected to corporate governance, procurement, and intricate infrastructure initiatives in the renewable energy field. This role entails leading the negotiation and preparation of commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions agreements, and project financing documents while offering strategic legal insights to internal teams. Applicants must possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) or LL.B. degree and be an active, reputable member of a state bar. A minimum of three years of pertinent legal experience, ideally in the renewable energy sector, is necessary.
