Job description
The Shift Leader oversees the everyday operations of the restaurant, ensuring that standards for quality, service, and cleanliness are upheld. This role involves mentoring and inspiring team members while also making certain that food safety and operational objectives are met. To be considered, candidates must be at least 18 years of age and hold a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in team leadership or coaching is required, and applicants must be able to achieve ServSafe Food Certification.
