Responsibilities include guiding and directing a top-tier engineering team in the development and expansion of financial products across frontend, backend, and full-stack architectures. You will be responsible for shaping the technical architecture, upholding exceptional engineering practices, and managing the entire product lifecycle from conception to deployment. The role demands a solid foundation in software engineering, demonstrated experience in team leadership, and a history of delivering production-quality systems. Candidates should have extensive technical knowledge in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure, coupled with the aptitude to navigate technical trade-offs while aligning with business objectives.
