**Job Title: Assembly Supervisor**
The Assembly Supervisor is responsible for managing daily assembly operations, including overseeing production timelines and maintaining quality benchmarks to optimize efficiency. This role includes leading the assembly team, offering guidance and support, and ensuring a safe and productive workplace. Applicants should possess prior supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing or assembly context. A high school diploma or its equivalent is mandatory, as well as demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
