**Retail Associate**
The Retail Associate plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, overseeing product arrangements, and facilitating accurate transactions at checkout. Additionally, they help enhance the store’s profitability through effective inventory management and upholding cleanliness and safety protocols. Ideal candidates should possess up to 2 years of relevant experience and must be at least 16 years of age. Familiarity with inventory and point-of-sale systems is essential, as well as the capability to handle physical tasks, including lifting items weighing up to 40 lbs.
