Job description
The retail associate will support customers in the purchase and rental of instruments, as well as in signing up for lessons, while ensuring the storefront remains orderly. Additionally, they are expected to acquire knowledge about the products to offer informed recommendations, contributing to a satisfying customer interaction. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and be proficient in playing at least one musical instrument. A basic understanding of musical instruments and notation is essential for this position.
