Job Title: Branch Operations Manager
Manage the everyday activities of the Washington branch, encompassing the warehouse, customer support, sales, human resources, information technology, and facilities divisions. Deliver proactive senior management to enhance performance, uphold quality standards, and aid in attracting and retaining top talent. A bachelor’s degree is required, alongside a minimum of 5 years in operations or general management roles. Candidates should demonstrate experience in personnel supervision, with additional backgrounds in warehouse, call center, or sales settings viewed favorably.
