Job description
The Co-Store Manager is tasked with leading the sales floor and receiving departments, overseeing merchandising, staff development, and achieving financial targets. This role includes upholding operational standards, implementing talent strategies, and delivering outstanding customer service. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management. A valid driver’s license is required, and candidates must be available to work evenings and weekends, as well as be physically capable of lifting items up to 50 pounds.
