**Job Title: Retail Department Supervisor**
The Retail Department Supervisor manages the operations at the front end of the store, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and efficiently supervising store team members. This position involves training employees, overseeing POS operations, and upholding a tidy, well-organized, and secure store atmosphere. Candidates should possess a minimum of one year in retail and six months of supervisory experience. The ideal candidate will showcase excellent communication abilities, multitasking skills, and a willingness to maintain a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends.
