The Senior People Operations Manager will oversee comprehensive HR operations initiatives, managing the HR technology infrastructure and driving process improvements. This role will be essential in collaborating with Payroll, IT, and Legal teams to establish efficient, compliant, and scalable workflows throughout the employee lifecycle. The perfect candidate should have significant experience in People Operations within fast-paced technology firms and should be adept at functioning as the primary owner of HR systems. Strong project management expertise, proven success in process reengineering, and the capability to influence stakeholders across departments without direct oversight are essential qualifications for this position.
