Analyze worldwide retail real estate investments and develop financial business cases that account for financial metrics, macroeconomic trends, and customer and employee experience. Build models, forecasts, and performance reports, and provide insights and recommendations to guide executive decisions on store growth and portfolio investments. Requires at least five years of experience in finance, FP&A, or a related quantitative field, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent, and advanced proficiency in Excel and Keynote. Preferred qualifications include quantitative and financial analysis expertise, effective cross-functional communication, process improvement and AI-tool experience, strong prioritization, and exceptional attention to detail.
