Job description
**Retail Freight Team Leader**
The Retail Freight Team Leader is responsible for managing the smooth operations of the receiving section and ensuring that the freight is promptly moved to the sales floor. This role includes overseeing back stock management, handling damaged merchandise, and serving as the Manager on Duty as needed. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of 6 months of experience at a mid- to large-sized retail establishment. The position entails the capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds, and maintaining a flexible work schedule, which includes weekends and holidays.
