Job description
**Foreman**
The Foreman will be responsible for guiding a team in the successful execution of fiber optic infrastructure projects, ensuring they are finished safely, within deadlines, and meet quality benchmarks. Key duties involve executing advanced fusion splicing, performing network evaluations, and serving as the main point of contact between the project manager and the on-site crew. Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years in telecommunications, with 2-3 years of documented experience in fiber optic splicing and testing. Familiarity with Fujikura and EXFO instruments, along with a current driver’s license and the ability to clear a background check, is mandatory.
