Job description
**Job Title: Operations Analyst**
The Operations Analyst acts as the key link connecting the Product Office, Combatant Commands, and Army hierarchy to ensure that program implementation meets the strategic needs of the theater. This role involves performing operational analyses, crafting concepts of operations (CONOPS), and creating briefings for executive leadership to guide system design and deployment strategies. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of 15 years of pertinent experience, along with an active Secret security clearance. Candidates must also demonstrate a deep understanding of U.S. Army operations, Joint Staff planning procedures, and possess a proven track record in strategic communication.
