**Retail Front End Team Leader**
The Retail Front End Team Leader is responsible for managing the daily operations of the front end, focusing on associate performance, customer service excellence, and overall store upkeep. This position includes overseeing payroll budgets, ensuring asset protection, and facilitating the training and scheduling of store associates. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have a minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a retail setting. Furthermore, candidates must be flexible with their schedules to accommodate evenings, weekends, and holidays, and should have the physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
