**Retail Front End Team Leader**
The Retail Front End Team Leader is responsible for guiding daily front-end activities, ensuring the effectiveness of team members, maintaining customer service excellence, and upholding store cleanliness. This role includes overseeing payroll processes, aiding in merchandising execution, and facilitating the training and scheduling of store staff. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have 1–2 years of relevant supervisory experience in retail. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as the position requires availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays, along with the capability to handle physical tasks such as lifting items up to 50 pounds.
