**Job Title: Retirement Planning Consultant**
The Retirement Planning Consultant offers impartial advice to both plan sponsors and employees about retirement savings options. Key duties involve delivering presentations to individuals and groups, engaging in benefits fairs, and supporting focused educational initiatives aimed at boosting participation in retirement plans. A high school diploma or GED is mandatory, while a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Applicants should possess Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, as well as the necessary state insurance licenses.
