The Retail Sales Associate plays a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service, handling cash register operations, and ensuring the store is well-maintained. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a positive demeanor, work well in a team setting, and be capable of lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds. A high school diploma or equivalent is desirable, and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.
