**Job Title: Sales Lead**
The Sales Lead will take on the role of Leader on Duty, focusing on enhancing sales performance, mentoring team members, and promoting operational efficiency in the store. This position involves upholding visual merchandising standards, overseeing inventory management, and providing outstanding customer service. Applicants should have a minimum of one year of experience in retail, with a preference for those who have demonstrated leadership or supervisory skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory, and candidates must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
