**Sales Leader**
The Sales Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the store, encompassing both the sales area and stockroom operations. This role involves training and inspiring team members to provide exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include implementing action plans, managing the checkout experience, and upholding visual merchandising standards. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of retail experience and hold a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with retail technology, including iPads and cash registers, is essential, along with the flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
