**Lead Guide**
The Lead Guide plays a pivotal role in creating a remarkable and tailored customer experience while driving both personal and store sales performance. This position also entails leading the team by mentoring members, overseeing daily activities, and ensuring adherence to established procedures within the Guideshop. Ideal candidates will possess 2-5 years of experience in retail or sales in a leadership role, coupled with a solid knowledge of men’s fashion and fit. The position demands the flexibility to work various schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
