**Job Title: Retail Service Specialist**
The Retail Service Specialist plays a key role in assisting store management with daily operational activities, focusing on sales, customer service, and the overall store presentation. This position entails overseeing team members, coordinating shift responsibilities, and ensuring that retail transactions are processed efficiently while maintaining store security. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication abilities and the capability to achieve RSS certification. A background in retail sales, especially in the auto parts sector, along with a solid understanding of automotive systems, is strongly preferred.
