**Job Title: Retail Supervisor**
The Retail Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the store while guiding team members to surpass sales and customer service objectives. Key duties include managing staffing needs, ensuring the store is well-presented, and overseeing departmental profit and loss as well as shrinkage. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have 2-3 years of retail experience, with a minimum of one year in a management position. Essential skills include strong communication, financial analysis, and conflict resolution to lead the team successfully.
