The Retail Service Specialist plays a vital role in assisting store management by supervising everyday retail functions, upholding customer service excellence, and evaluating team member performance. Key responsibilities involve managing the procedures for store opening and closing, processing sales transactions, and overseeing effective inventory management. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication abilities and the capacity to achieve RSS certification. Previous experience in retail sales, especially in automotive parts, along with a solid understanding of automotive systems, is strongly preferred.
