Job description
The Sales Associate plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer experiences and ensuring efficient store operations, which encompasses merchandising and point-of-sale (POS) management. Additionally, they are expected to foster a positive team environment and meet individual performance goals established by store leadership. Applicants should be a minimum of 16 years of age and have the flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The position demands physical endurance to handle tasks such as lifting up to 30 pounds, using ladders, and remaining on their feet for an entire 8-hour shift.
