**Retail Store Manager**
The Retail Store Manager is responsible for steering the effective functioning of the store, overseeing financial performance, achieving sales targets, and managing payroll. This role involves team building and leadership, implementing merchandising tactics, and delivering outstanding customer service. Applicants should possess at least a high school diploma or its equivalent, along with a minimum of 3 years experience in retail management. Schedule flexibility is essential, as the position may require availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays. Additionally, candidates must have a valid driver’s license and the capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
