Job Summary
The Manager in Training plays a critical role in guiding team members to achieve exceptional customer service and maintain operational standards. This position supports the General Manager in reaching the site’s objectives, facilitating associate development, and overseeing property upkeep.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Support the General Manager in meeting location-specific goals.
- Assist in the training and development of associates.
- Ensure proper maintenance of the property.
Qualifications
- Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours weekly, including weekends.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Pass a Money Handling Skills Assessment with a score of 80% or higher.
