Job description
The Manager-In-Training will be trained to oversee, direct, and coordinate the daily operations of the store with support from the Store Manager. This role involves ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for both customers and staff while upholding company procedures. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant manager capacity in retail or fast food sectors. A valid driver’s license is necessary, along with the flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and holidays.
