Job Summary
This role is focused on providing leadership, guidance, and development to District Sales Managers and their respective teams to meet sales objectives, ensure proper distribution, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). The position emphasizes maintaining consistent retail execution in line with corporate standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor District Sales Managers and their teams to meet established sales and distribution targets.
- Collaborate with the General Sales Manager and other departments to apply effective sales strategies.
- Develop talent within the sales teams while fostering strong retail partnerships.
- Oversee facility management and warehouse operations to optimize efficiency.
Qualifications
- A minimum of five years of experience in Direct Store Delivery management.
- Significant background in supervising account sales professionals.
- A valid U.S. driver’s license and the ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
- Physical capability to lift and transport items up to 25 pounds.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
