**Retirement Services Account Manager**
The Retirement Services Account Manager is tasked with delivering Tier 1 assistance to plan sponsors concerning retirement plan operations, such as payroll integration and compliance assessments. This role involves diagnosing and resolving issues related to data transmission and diligently keeping detailed records of client communications. Ideal candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree along with a minimum of one year’s experience in a customer service or client-facing position, ideally within the retirement or financial services sector. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, as are excellent interpersonal communication skills.
